WISDOM TOOTH - TAKE CARE//GROW HAIR
i finished recording the new Wisdom Tooth EP today.
i wrote this song when i was 17. i was “grounded” for the first time in my life and just played the piano a lot.
It should be out in a few months on a 7” via MARMARA records.
This song sounds great and I’m super excited for the upcoming release.
I also have the hugest “secret internet crush” on this dude. I kinda just think he’s probably pretty cool, you know, out there in the real world.
Yet another album I’ve been waiting (not so patiently for) would be Wood Spider’s new album, In the Thick of It. It’s here! And it’s raw and strong and wonderful!
I got it at 6:00 this morning because I’m a little monster who doesn’t know how to sleep at night and I think I probably listened to it at least 15 times before going to bed. It gets better with every listen.
So, if you like gravelly folk punk dudes that could possibly be likened to Tom Waits or Blackbird Raum then you should go here and download their new album or buy their beautiful cassette.

I’ve had “And I have three kinds of relationships: personal, social, and business. In my mind, there’s three kinds of time: morning, noon, and night” stuck in my head since hearing Mike recording vocals at the Diner House maybe a little more than a month ago and I’m so glad to finally have a recording to go with it.
I have been waiting (I’d like to say patiently, but that would make me a liar) for this album for a good long time and it’s finally here.
It is everything that I wanted and more. It makes my heart swell until it feels like it’s going to burst.
